RazzStack

Who we are

Two people, one method, and a deliberate bias against overselling.

RazzStack is a small, remote agency. That is not an apology — it is why you talk to the people who build the thing, and why we would rather turn down scope than deliver something we cannot stand behind.

The founders

Two founders, two different jobs.

Farzaan Razzaqi

Co-Founder — Strategy, Web & Client Solutions

Farzaan leads RazzStack's business strategy, marketing, client communication, project organization, and website development. With over three years of experience in accounting and business consultancy, he understands how companies operate and where better systems can create meaningful value. He works closely with clients to shape their digital presence, coordinate projects from initial discussions through delivery, and ensure every website or automation supports clear business objectives.

Kamran Razzaqi

Co-Founder — AI Systems & Operations

Kamran leads the development and operational delivery of RazzStack's AI systems, automations, integrations, and websites. With over six years of experience in sales and operations, he understands how processes, teams, and customer journeys connect. He transforms operational challenges into practical digital systems that reduce repetitive work, improve visibility, and help growing companies operate more efficiently.

In a first meeting you will usually speak to Farzaan about the business problem and to Kamran about how it would be built. We keep those separate on purpose — the person selling you the outcome should not be the only person judging whether it is technically sensible.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend.

01

The smallest thing that works

We recommend the smallest reliable system that improves a measurable outcome, and expand only after the first one proves its value. Large first projects fail more often, and they fail more expensively.

02

Humans keep authority

Pricing, scope, deadlines, legal and customer commitments stay with your team. A system that can send a quote without a person approving it is not a system we would build.

03

Numbers you can check

We will not quote you a percentage improvement. Every value estimate states the current volume, the measured time, the expected change, the confidence level and a review date.

04

You own it afterwards

Accounts, workflows and data are yours at handover, with documentation and training. We are not trying to make ourselves impossible to leave.

Where we are

We are new, and we would rather say so.

RazzStack is early. We are taking on a small number of founding clients at rates below what this work usually costs, because early projects are worth more to us as proof than as margin.

What you get in exchange for working with a new agency: our full attention, a deliberately small first project, and a founder on every call rather than an account manager.

What we ask in return: honest feedback, access to measure whether the thing actually worked, and permission to write it up anonymously. We will never ask you for a positive testimonial.

If that trade does not appeal, we would genuinely rather you told us on the first call than three weeks into a project.

Thirty minutes, and we will tell you the truth.

Including, quite often, that there is nothing here worth building yet.
