AI systems. Websites. Automations.
We make one process work properly, then prove it before touching the next.
RazzStack builds AI-assisted workflows for small and growing businesses. Your team keeps approval over pricing, scope and anything that reaches a customer.
A founder on every call
Not an account manager. Whoever picks up is one of the two people who will build it.
We will tell you if there is nothing to build
The free fit call exists to find that out before anything is scoped.
Founding-client rates, while we are early
Below what this work usually costs, in exchange for a small first project and honest feedback.
What we do
Automations
The repetitive work between your tools — enquiries, follow-ups, quotes, reporting — handled without someone retyping it.
Websites
Sites that do a job: capture the enquiry, route it to the right person, and prove where it came from.
AI agents
Assistants that answer approved questions and qualify leads, inside limits your team sets.
A worked example
What an automation actually looks like
An enquiry-to-quote workflow, which is the most common thing we build. Hover any box to see what that step does — the lime one is the only step that is a person, and it never gets automated away.

The process
The same journey, step by step
Eight things that happen to an enquiry. Step six is a human, every time.
You
A person on your team approves price, scope, deadline and usage rights. Nothing leaves before this.
This step never moves. Every system we build has one, and we will tell you exactly where it sits before you agree to anything.

Five layers, and one of them is the point
People ask whether the AI will make decisions on its own. The honest answer lives in layer five: it does what the control plane permits, and nothing else.
Permissions, human approvals, logs, alerts and recovery. This is the layer that decides what the system is allowed to do on its own.

Where to start
Effort against impact, honestly plotted
The most valuable thing we do is talk you out of starting in the wrong place. Cheap and effective first; the ambitious work only once something has proven itself.

Your starting point
So what should we fix first?
The chart above is our general opinion. This is the version for you: pick whichever parts of the week sound familiar and we will say which single one we would start with, and what it takes.
This is the same order we would put in a proposal. We would rather tell you to start with one cheap thing that works than sell you the ambitious version first.
Before you ask
Questions people actually have
What actually happens on the first call?
A free 30-minute fit call. We confirm the problem is real, find out who owns it internally, and how urgent it is. If there is nothing worth building yet, that is where we say so — before any scoping or quoting starts.
How long does a first project take?
Most first projects are a workflow audit (2-3 weeks) or one simple automation (4-6 weeks). Both are deliberately small, so you see it working before deciding whether to go further.
What does it cost?
We do not publish prices, because what something costs depends on your systems, data quality and how many integrations are involved — which is what the fit call establishes. You get a scoped number before anything is built, not an hourly estimate.
Who actually does the work?
One of the two founders, on every call, every build. No account manager, no subcontracted delivery. RazzStack is early, taking on a small number of founding clients at rates below what this work usually costs, in exchange for a founder's full attention.
What happens to our data and system access?
Accounts are created in your name, scoped to the minimum needed, and you hold the credentials from day one, not just at handover. We never ask for your passwords, and we do not store them.
What do we get once it is live?
Testing, documentation, a training session and 30 days of defect support as standard. Accounts, workflows and data are yours at handover — we are not trying to make ourselves hard to leave.
Tell us where the work gets stuck.
Thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. We map how an enquiry becomes a job, find where the time goes, and tell you honestly whether one controlled system would help. If it would not, we will say so.
