RazzStack

Use cases

How these systems get shaped, by industry.

Designs rather than delivered projects. RazzStack is new, and we would rather show you our thinking honestly than dress up work we have not done yet.

Read this first

These are reference architectures, not case studies. No client names, no invented metrics, no testimonials. Each one shows the shape a system would take for that industry, and what we would measure to know whether it worked.

When we have delivered work we are allowed to describe, it will appear here with real numbers and a named measure. Until then, this page stays honest about what it is.

01 · 3D printing & fabrication

Enquiry-to-quote workflow

Specifications arrive incomplete over WhatsApp. Quoting waits on one person, and enquiries go cold while they queue.

What the system does

  • Structured intake pulling quantity, material, finish and deadline
  • Follow-up drafted automatically for the missing fields
  • Draft estimate built from existing rate rules
  • Engineer approves feasibility and price before anything is sent

What we would measure

Time from enquiry to quote sent

02 · Accounting & consulting

Client onboarding and document collection

Onboarding stalls chasing documents. Nobody can say which client is missing what without opening three folders.

What the system does

  • Checklist generated per client type
  • Automatic reminders until each document arrives
  • Files named and filed consistently on receipt
  • Status visible without asking anyone

What we would measure

Days from engagement letter to complete file

03 · Real estate

Lead qualification and assignment

Portal and social leads land in a shared inbox. First response time decides who wins, and nights and weekends are lost.

What the system does

  • Leads captured from every channel into one pipeline
  • Qualified against budget, area and timeline
  • Assigned by availability with an acknowledgement deadline
  • Escalates if nobody responds

What we would measure

Median first-response time

04 · Contractors & home services

Quote request and job coordination

Site visits are booked by phone, quotes are written in the evening, and follow-up depends on somebody remembering.

What the system does

  • Structured request capturing job type, location, access and urgency
  • Site visit booked against real availability
  • Quote drafted from a standard template and rate card
  • Follow-up scheduled automatically after sending

What we would measure

Quotes sent per week, and conversion

05 · Small e-commerce

Order status and support deflection

Most support messages ask the same question: where is my order.

What the system does

  • Assistant answers from approved order and policy data only
  • Anything about refunds or complaints goes to a person
  • Repeat questions surfaced so the FAQ can be fixed
  • Escalation carries the full conversation with it

What we would measure

Share of enquiries resolved without a person

Your process will not match any of these exactly.

That is the point of discovery. These show the shape; the first call works out which one is closest to your situation.
